321 Mainz
321 Mainz is an international improv festival held in Mainz, the capital of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The festival takes place at the Institut Francais over three days, featuring workshops and shows that bring together local ensembles and international guests. The 2026 edition runs June 11-13 and is themed around the Roaring 1920s, with 6 workshops and 8 shows.
History
The festival was founded by three local improv ensembles, "Franz fehlt?!", the "Flamigos", and the "Scheiterhaufen", who formed the association 3...2...1.Mainz e.V. to organize a community-focused improv festival. It is described as Mainz's newest improv festival.
