Natalie Sullivan and Ryan Neufeld founded Vegas Improv Power in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2017, creating a dedicated improv comedy home in a city whose entertainment landscape is dominated by large-scale productions and stand-up residencies. Vegas Improv Power builds Las Vegas's local improv comedy community through performance and training, offering a grassroots alternative to the city's large-venue entertainment scene.

Vegas Improv Power's core offering is Functional Improv, a six-week applied improvisation course designed to build communication skills, resilience through failure, and cognitive flexibility. The company also runs Let's Play and Yes, And class series, as well as drop-in sessions and online classes via Zoom available nationwide. Corporate workshops under the Improv for Business brand serve Las Vegas organizations seeking team-building and communication training.

Co-founders Natalie Sullivan and Ryan Neufeld built Vegas Improv Power to address a gap in Las Vegas's applied improv market, eliminating the need for companies to bring in out-of-town facilitators. Ryan Neufeld trained through the complete program at Vegas Theatre Hub, performed on its official house team, and continued at iO West and ComedySportz Las Vegas before co-founding the company.
