Rapid Numbers
Rapid Numbers is a focus exercise in which players must count in sequence as quickly as possible while following specific rules about who speaks when. The speed creates pressure that exposes lapses in concentration. The exercise sharpens group listening and teaches performers to stay engaged even when the pace exceeds comfortable processing speed.
Twenty Objects
Twenty Objects is an exercise in which a player must mime twenty different objects in rapid succession, making each one physically distinct and recognizable. The speed prevents overthinking and forces players to commit to their first physical impulse. The exercise builds object work fluency and creative stamina.
Environment Build One by One
Environment Build One by One is a space work exercise in which players enter a shared space sequentially, each adding a single mimed object or physical action to the environment. Each new player must accept and work around all previously established objects, building a coherent shared physical world through accumulated offers. The exercise develops object work discipline, spatial awareness, and the collaborative skill of building on what is already there.
Run Around
Run Around is a physical warm-up exercise in which players move through the space and respond to commands called by the facilitator. The exercise builds spatial awareness, group attentiveness, and physical readiness by requiring participants to shift direction, speed, or movement quality on cue.
Digits
Digits is a quick-reflex number game in which players hold up a number of fingers and must instantly shout the total shown by all players. The exercise demands rapid mental arithmetic and group attention. It works as a fast warm-up that sharpens focus and peripheral awareness.
One Two Three Four
One Two Three Four is a rhythmic focus exercise in which players count in sequence around a circle, but specific numbers trigger required actions such as clapping, stomping, or switching direction. The layered rules make the simple counting increasingly challenging. The exercise builds group concentration and physical responsiveness.
